The electronic equivalent to your identity document.

The certificate or digital signature is a digital document issued by a trusted service provider, in our case by Camerfirma, which allows you to authenticate or identify yourself to third parties, sign documents electronically with full legal validity and perform telematic procedures securely and with full legal guarantees.

Company certificates

More and more administrative actions can be carried out online with a digital certificate, saving on travel costs and reducing the possibility of errors. The certificate or digital signature of a company is the electronic document that will allow the online authentication of a company through the person responsible for it.

There are different types of certificates:

  • Qualified certificate representative public administrations. Save time, carry out official procedures online with the Public Administrations, without having to travel.
  • Qualified corporate digital certificate. It generates confidence and provides credibility to the digital communications made by the members of an organization.
  • Qualified certificate of legal representative. Signs digitally on behalf and representation of an organization.
  • Qualified proxy certificate. Make use of your powers, sign digital communications with full legal validity.
  • Electronic seal / electronic invoice certificate. It guarantees the authenticity and integrity of the electronic documents to which the electronic seal is linked.

Certificates of self-employed

The Qualified Certificate of Self-employed is an electronic certificate issued to a natural person in his condition of self-employed worker, which allows him to carry out electronic procedures with third parties, public administrations, public organisms, etc. as well as to sign in his own name and right documents with full legal guarantees, guaranteeing at the same time her/his personal identity, the validity of his current situation of self-employed registered in the Economic Activities Tax (IAE).

There are two types of certificates:

  • Qualified self-employed certificate.
  • Qualified certificate of self-employed-collegiate, for collegiate professionals.

In both cases the validity of the registration in the IAE will be verified. In the case of contributing to the Social Security as self-employed but without IAE, a Citizen's certificate must be requested for personal procedures.

Digital Citizen Certificate

The Digital Citizen Certificate allows you to carry out online procedures that require identity authentication, as well as to sign digitally in your own name and right documents with full legal guarantees, since it has the same validity as the handwritten signature.

The certificate holder will be the natural person identified in the certificate by his/her name, surname and identity document.

Advantages of the Digital Citizen Certificate

  • You will save time and money in travel for procedures that require your signature.
  • Signed documents cannot be manipulated or altered.
  • Carry out your procedures at any time and place.
  • You will be able to communicate quickly and easily with public administrations through a computer with Internet connection.
  • This format does not require a card reader as in the case of the electronic ID card.
